Finale Tag Questions
The Period Drama Challenge is over! :( This is a bittersweet moment. Bitter, because I really enjoyed writing these reviews. And sweet, because I can now watch anything I want without having to worry about whether or not I have time to write a review! :) Anyway... Here are the final tag questions for this year's challenge...
1. How many period dramas did you review?
I reviewed a total of 20 period dramas! *whoop!* Double my original goal...
2. Did you enjoy reading reviews from the other challenge participants?
Yes, I did. My particular favourites to read were Pride and Prejudice 2005 and War Horse reviews. Also reviews with lots of photos and information about the characters are the ones I liked the best.
3. Did you review mostly films you'd seen before or new-to-you films?
The majority of my reviews were from films I'd never seen before. I took advantage of this challenge to investigate new ones. :)
While taking part in this challenge, I was able to watch and review the entire Hornblower series. None of which I had seen before... This series was such a wonderful privilege to discover!

4. Of the films that were new to you, which was your favourite?
I should have known that Miss Laurie was going to squeeze a tough question in here somewhere! :)
I discovered a lot of favourites... the Hornblower series, Pearl Harbor, and Emma 2009...
But my very favourite would be North and South. I cannot rave enough about this TV series. I love talking with people who have seen this and love it because we don't have to really say a lot... it's a just a knowing... you know. If you don't, watch it. :)

5. What new period dramas have you discovered through this challenge that you look forward to viewing in future?
I had hoped to find Little Dorrit and Larks Rise to Candleford and watch them for this review. Also, Cranford... but, alas! The time! There is never enough of it. :) Perhaps another time.
6. Would you be interested in participating in a similar challenge next year?
Bring. It. On.
